1. This warranty does not cover the following cases -
i) If the product is misused, neglected, or rented on a commercial basis. The warranty also will be invalid if repaired, replaced or modified by unauthorized service personnel.
ii) If the product serial number/barcode is removed, altered, or duplicated.
iii) Product defects due to incorrect or negligent storing or use of the products.
iv) Failure to start due to voltage conditions, blown fuses or other damage due to inadequacy or interruption of electrical service.
v) Product defects due to exposure to extreme conditions, e.g. thunder, lightning, water ingress, fire, obstacle to deliver indoor & outdoor airflow.
vi) Damage / failure of product due to rat, cockroach and insects attack etc.
vii) If unit installed in hazards environment by chemical fume, corrosive environment like acid solution, sulfur solution, hydrogen per oxide, sodium sulfate salt, hydrogen Sulfide, Chlorides, bleaching powder, ammonia, chlorine. IPA/Thinner etc.
viii) If unit install in kitchen/oily environment and any heat element/source very near to indoor and outdoor.
ix) Warranty Void Conditions for Inverter PCB in Residential Air Conditioners
a) Improper Installation–Warranty is void if installed by unauthorized personnel, using non-standard components, or not following manufacturer guidelines.
b) Unauthorized Repairs/Modifications–Any repairs, modifications, or use of non-authenticated parts without prior approval will nullify coverage.
c) Physical Damages–Damage caused by external impact, mishandling, exposure to moisture, or burnt components due to short circuits is not covered.
d) Electrical Issues–Damage resulting from lightning, improper power supply, voltage fluctuations, or overloading will void the warranty.
e) Environmental Conditions–Operating the unit out of the recommended temperature/humidity range, exposure to water, or corrosion due to pollutants will invalidate the warranty.
f) Neglect/Misuse–Lack of regular maintenance, improper use, or continued operation after detecting faults will not be covered.
g) Tampering–Altering or removing serial numbers, warranty labels, or other identifying markers will void the warranty.
h) Force Majeure–Natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen external events are not covered.
i) Improper Accessories–The use of uncertified external devices, wiring, or connectors will void the warranty.
j) Documentation Issues–Failure to provide proof of purchase, digital warranty registration, or service records may result in denial of claims.
Note: During the warranty period, products or parts will not be replaced if they are repairable. However, if repair is not possible, replacement will be provided as per the warranty policy. Clear communication of these conditions ensures transparency and helps set realistic expectations for customers.
2. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, subject to verification by company personnel.
3. After sales service will be applicable only at company authorized service points.
4. Authority reserves the right to change, extend, correct, stop or cancel the warranty period without any prior notice.
5. Effective from August 1, 2025, all inverter air conditioners will come with a 5-year inverter PCB warranty and a 2-year after-sales service warranty. For units purchased before August 1, 2025, a 3-year inverter PCB warranty and a 1-year after-sales service warranty will apply. However, from April 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025 a 5-year inverter PCB warranty will apply only to INVERNA, ACC, and MARLINE series.
6. A maximum of two free cleaning services will be provided during the 2-year after-sales service warranty period, upon request.
